The version 2.0 of this program isn't available for a Windows Vista installation. According to the official information, there is no support for Windows Vista. You might need to apply a compatibility tweak before the program can run in Window Vista. Right click the installer/executable and choose Properties > Compatibility. Choose Windows XP from the list and then run it again. If you still encounter problems with the installation, a new version (3.0 obtainable from Amazon) needs to be purchase.
The application does not have 64bit support. At the time of release the DVD was compatible with Windows Vista, 2000, and XP in 32bit mode, but there is a way to make it work through virtualization. If your computer is powerful enough, install Virtualbox and create a virtual machine with any of the supported operating systems. It's recommended to install Windows XP since it's most compatible with. There is an online guide that can help you to set up a virtual machine.
I tried installing Ultimate Human Body 2.2 on the Windows 7 64-bit box. It installed just fine but trying to run, it complains and closes over a sound driver.

The latest released version of this product is 3.0 and that's it. No more updates were released along the time. The latest version states that Windows Vista is a supported operating system. Since it's a commercial product, you will need to buy before trying but I would recommend sending a message to the seller on Amazon first.
